I have been active in a variety of social justice causes since the 1980s, most notably the passage of LGBT Civil Rights protections in Minnesota in the 1990s. I currently serve as the Coordinator of the Social Action Team of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Canton NY, as well as the Founder and Coordinator of the Immigrant Resources Volunteer Network of St. Lawrence County [IRVN-SLC].
As Legislative Director for the New York Healthy Workplace Advocates, I work with State Legislators and other stakeholders in drafting and advocating for passage of the Workplace Bullying Prevention Act. I have also been active as an advocate for the passage of the Medical Aid in Dying bill, which would provide terminally ill patients the option to end their suffering in a peaceful and compassionate manner.
Using my understanding of the complex organizational, psycho-social, and legal aspects of workplace bullying and harassment, I provide educational workshops, consultations, and personalized coaching to individuals and organizations.

I am certified as a Mediator for the Resolution Center of Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties, through whom I provide Alternative Dispute Resolution for the NY State Unified Court System. My mediation work includes child custody/visitation, landlord-tenant disputes, small claims, and community cases.
My husband Todd Moe and I have provided monetary and in-kind support for numerous community organizations in St. Lawrence County. Most notably, we provided the founding donation to fund the Social Justice Initiative of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Canton, NY. We have also made substantial donations to the Orchestra of Northern New York.
